What can I expect from Titanic. The Human Story?
Explore the real story of the RMS Titanic through recreations and personal objects that will allow you to connect with the passengers and the crew in a narrative, emotional visit.
What is the estimated duration of the visit?
The visit has an estimated duration of 80-90 minutes, however please note that doors will close 15 minutes after the last entry time of the day to allow guests sufficient time to complete the audio tour. Guests that are late past 15 minutes may be asked to reschedule for another day.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, we will have an assortment of merchandise available for sale.
Will there be guided tours?
No. The visit to the exhibition includes an audio guide which explains the exhibition room by room.
Do I have to pay extra for the audio guide?
The Exhibition includes physical audio guides that will be free to use throughout the duration of your experience. The audio guide is available in English and Spanish.
I am hard of hearing: how can I still enjoy the audio guide?
Limited printed transcriptions will be available on-site in English and Spanish to allow you to experience
Titanic. The Human Story to the fullest. For groups of 5 or more, it is advisable to
contact us in advance so that we can ensure the availability of the transcript.
Will there be strobe lights?
No. This is a museum-like experience with no flashing lights.
Is there a lost and found?
There is no official lost and found, but our management will hang onto any personal items that may be dropped around the experience. Please visit us during operational hours if you believe you may have left something behind.
Can I take photos or record the exhibition?
Yes, feel free to take photos (no flash) and share them with the hashtag #TitanicTheHumanStoryAUS. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment, selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted. If deemed appropriate, the possibility of taking photographs may be temporarily prohibited for the proper functioning of the exhibition and optimal conservation of the pieces.

Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children up to the age of 3 do not require a ticket.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No animals are allowed, except for service dogs. Emotional support dogs that fit on a handheld bag can access the exhibition as well.
Is there parking available?
There are many paid parking options around the venue, though there is no free parking option offered with the ticket.
What accessibility options are there for visually impaired guests?
An audio guide is available in English and Spanish. The audio guide tells the stories behind the objects, rooms and areas of the exhibition, taking you on a journey from one exhibit to the next.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the exhibition?
There are limited benches throughout the exhibition.
Is the exhibition suitable for children?
Absolutely. In fact, many of our visitors are children. In the exhibition you will enjoy touring the interior rooms of the Titanic and learning about its true history, and you will even be able to touch a real iceberg.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes. Please be mindful of other guests as this is a museum-like environment.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive as close as possible to the time stated on your ticket. If you have booked the last entry time of the day, please ensure you and your party arrive within 15 minutes of the entry time.
Is eating or drinking allowed during the exhibition?
No.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid but conditioned to the available space in subsequent time slots which means you will not be guaranteed a time slot and may miss your opportunity to attend. Please be punctual to avoid this.
Will there be a coat check?
No.
What are the prohibited items at the exhibition??
Flash photography, alcohol, water, food and any kind of weapon including knives and guns. Anything which may disturb the other patrons is prohibited.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.
Can I smoke or vape?
No.
Is the exhibition wheelchair accessible?

Do carers have to pay a ticket?
Carers are welcomed at the exhibition with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance.

Where can I get tickets?
What are the official sellers for this exhibition?
Official tickets for Titanic. The Human Story can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date, time, or upgrading your ticket are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Upgrades are only available online, and not possible at box office. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund
terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can
contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I don’t see a QR code. Is that normal?
Yes, each ticket’s corresponding QR code will be available 24 hours before its date and time. At the entrance, simply access the Fever app to validate your tickets.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Do you offer group discounts?
Discounts for groups and schools with a minimum of 30 people are available. Please contact us through this form.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You will find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. QR codes may not appear until 24 hours before your ticket's date and time. If you don't have the Fever app installed, you can download it from
Google Play and
Apple Store Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
