Instructions

A representative of the organization must sign up above to be able to purchase tickets for the school or group.
Your registration will grant you access to a private client portal, where you can log in using your username and password. From this area you can check the status, modify and pay your reservations.

  • Payment of the reservation must be made 7 days before the visit, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  • If the reservation is made less than 7 days prior to the event, payment must be made immediately; simply reserving is not an option.

Groups will need to show their purchase confirmation at the box office and identify the number of teachers, monitors, or other advisors that are in attendance.
The user that makes the reservation will receive the booking confirmation once payment is complete. The user that completes the payment will receive an email with an attached receipt.
